Jan Dop is a partner at Russell Advocaten B.V. His practice areas are corporate, employment, and real estate law. Mark Warzecha is the director of Widerman Malek, P.L.’s intellectual property litigation department. Mark focuses his practice exclusively in the areas of intellectual property prosecution and litigation. Mark practices before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to prosecute trademark applications, including prosecuting and defending opposition and cancellation proceedings. He appears in District Courts nationwide to enforce and defend cases involving trademark and patent infringement, unfair competition, domain name disputes, misappropriation, and counterfeiting. Mark also prosecutes and defends Uniform Domain Name Disputes.
