Melissa Savoy is the Legal Director for the Americas at TI Fluid Systems, a tier-one automotive supplier based in Auburn Hills, MI. Prior to joining TI Fluid Systems in 2018, Melissa was Senior Legal Counsel for 4 years at KUKA Systems, a global robotics and systems integration company. As a Canadian having earned both a US law degree and a Canadian law degree through the Dual JD Program at the University of Detroit Mercy and University of Windsor in 2012, Melissa began her legal career in Windsor, Ontario at Holden & Moorehouse with a focus on corporate and commercial work. Melissa is also the Chair of TI Fluid Systems’ US D&I Committee championing efforts to create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. In her spare time, Melissa loves to spend time with her husband and young toddler, running outdoors & riding her Peloton. Melissa also loves taking long weekend trips to unexplored places and old favorites, like Napa Valley.
