Kathryne Baldwin

Kathryne Baldwin is a Partner at Wilke Fleury LLP where her practice focuses on corporate and business law with a specific focus on litigation. She obtained her undergraduate degree in philosophy of science and logic at California State University, Sacramento. Kathryne is a graduate of the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. During law school, Kathryne was a member of the nationally ranked McGeorge Mock Trial Competition Team. Kathryne also served as a board member to the McGeorge Women’s Caucus organization during all three years of law school, her final year as president. Additionally, Kathryne was a member of the Federal Defender Clinic representing indigent clients charged with misdemeanors in federal court.

John Philip J.P. Graf

John Philip "J.P." Graf, of Gordon Arata, represents clients in commercial disputes and litigation, including energy, natural resources, oil and gas, and general commercial litigation. He is also experienced in product liability, premises liability, industrial accidents, and maritime and offshore matters. He has served as lead trial counsel and co-counsel, managing litigation matters from intake through bench and jury trials and appeals, in state and federal courts throughout Louisiana. Additionally, J.P. represents and assists clients in the start-up, acquisition and divestiture of their businesses.

Andrew T. Smith

Andrew T. Smith, of Collins & Lacy, P.C., is an associate in the retail & hospitality practice group. Prior to joining Collins & Lacy, Smith served as assistant solicitor in the Fifth Circuit Solicitor’s Office representing the State at all points of criminal prosecution, including bond hearings, magistrate appeals, preliminary hearing, guilty pleas, and trial. In his role as assistant solicitor, Smith independently managed an average active caseload of 600. He was responsible for reviewing case facts, consulting with arresting agencies, interviewing witnesses and victims, determining the appropriate charge and indicting the charge for prosecution.

Kimberleigh Ali Ferrando

Kimberleigh Ali Ferrando

Kimberleigh "Ali" Ferrando, of Brothers Smith LLP, is an attorney with the firm’s corporate, real estate and transactional business practice.  Kimberleigh provides legal counsel to individuals and business entities throughout all stages of business ownership and operation such as entity selection, formation and reorganizations, drafting and review of agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. Kimberleigh received her J.D. from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2020. While at McGeorge, Ms. Ferrando accomplished dual concentrations in business and intellectual property law.
