Popi Papantoniou

Popi Papantoniou, Senior Associate of the firm, has been involved in a broad variety of corporate and commercial legal issues as well as commercial litigation. She advises Greek and international clients on M&A commercial agreements and consumer law. Popi has a distinct expertise in data protection, frequently representing multinational and Greek companies before the Data Protection Authorities. Her experience includes drafting and advising on privacy policies and data processing agreements. She has provided advices on data privacy, security breaches, cloud computing network, data subject rights, employee monitoring and whistle blowing schemes as well as on international data transfer and compliance. She has written and contributed articles and notes on Data Protection Law and Stock Option Plans.
