John W. Marsh is a partner in the Montgomery office who practices in the areas of business litigation, products liability, trucking litigation, general civil litigation, and worker’s compensation. He has also handled landlord/tenant disputes, both residential and commercial, and has defended governmental entities and law enforcement agencies. Mr. Marsh is admitted to practice in all state courts in Alabama as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. He is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute and serves as a board member on the Montgomery County Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Section.
Mr. Marsh is a native of Enterprise, Alabama, and received his B.S. in finance from The University of Alabama in 2004, graduating with honors. While at Alabama, he served as president of Sigma Nu Fraternity and was selected to be a member of Jasons Men’s Honor Society. He then attended The University of Alabama School of Law, where he received his J.D., in 2007.
Mr. Marsh serves locally on the Montgomery YMCA Boy’s Work Committee and enjoys turkey hunting, playing golf and traveling when not practicing law.
