Alan A. Meda has joined the firm as a shareholder. He has more than 30 years of legal experience and focuses on the representation of creditors, debtors and trustees in the bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice areas including workouts, Chapter 11 reorganizations, liquidations and related litigation in both Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases. Meda has represented clients in a wide variety of matters and has served as counsel to the Danny's Family Car Wash Companies in connection with their reorganization, the National Hockey League in connection with the reorganization of the Phoenix Coyotes Hockey Club, and Hwal’bay Ba:j Enterprises, Inc., a corporation chartered under the laws of the Hualapai Indian Tribe, in connection with the bankruptcy of 'Sa 'Nyu Wa, Inc. involving the glass bottom bridge known as the Skywalk.
