Eduardo Parroquín Patińo

Eduardo has been a CNN Associate since 2014. His practice focuses on Litigation, Business, Banking, Corporate and Criminal.

He has been working in the Firm since he graduated and advising clients for more than 10 years in Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Manufacturing, and Retail abroad.

Through this decade advising clients, Eduardo was able to handle relevant cases such as commercial, corporate, banking, civil, class actions, etc., located in the industrial capitals of the country which gives him a wide outlook on local criteria of the Courts and license to file motions as a registered lawyer before Mexico’s northeast Courts.

He is in charge of the Litigation practice in our Monterrey office; therefore, he prepares demands or termination letters, lawsuits, responses to claims, and shareholder’s disputes, and handles negotiation or settlement procedures before the Court or privately. Also, he appears in Court to represent our clients in a variety of cases. Additionally, he advises corporate entities cases preventing disputes or with current disputes.

Besides his Litigation practice, he provides advice to industrial and retail clients with day-to-day needs on legal aspects, such as agreements with vendors, permits, compliance, and other related aspects.
