Javier has been partner of CCN since 2013. He has extensive experience advising clients on Corporate, Labor, Real Estate, Foreign Investment and manufacturing operations matters.

In his 24 years practicing law, Javier has handled many complex cross-border labor litigation cases, as well as international relocations of employees, terminations, and repatriations of senior employees.

Javier routinely works with the mergers and acquisitions group to oversee labor and employment due diligence aspects of transactions and reports as to findings and action items. He also works on labor and employment disclosures and other provisions in Asset or Stock Purchase Agreements.

Recently, Javier has dedicated much of his time advising clients on new rules on collective bargaining and union representation in Mexico, which are driven by the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).
