Myisha Howard is civil litigator born and raised in Detroit, Michigan with experience in First and Third-Party no-fault claims and premises liability claims. Early in her career, Myisha gained much of her trial experience through legal aid/community organizations such as Lakeshore Legal Aid and United Community Housing Coalition by assisting hundreds of indigent tenants enforce their rights against their landlords throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Myisha also has litigation experience in areas of family law, probate, and estate planning.
While pursuing her legal degree, Myisha was a decorated Mock Trial Competitor, an elementary school mock trial team coach, and served as a clinical student attorney and Guardian Ad Litem at the Middleton Center for Children’s Rights in Des Moines, IA. Myisha continues to hone her skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.
Myisha is admitted in Michigan, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
