Alexandra is a key member of Carroll & O’Dea’s Newcastle office where she focuses her commitment to helping people on her increasingly busy practice.
A local resident, Alexandra is involved in the legal community and is currently Secretary for the Hunter Valley Law Society.
Since commencing at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers, Alexandra has worked in compensation, criminal and employment law.
Alexandra is passionate about advocating for those in society who struggle to access the law. She assists people affected by domestic violence and homelessness and works to empower women through the law.
Alexandra has also undertaken an internship with the United Nations International Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Belize focusing on juvenile justice.
Key Professional Achievements:
- Alexandra joined Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers in 2015 as a member of the compensation law team.
- She completed a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Newcastle in 2013.
- Alexandra was awarded a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2014.
