Sara McLean is a Senior Associate in the Personal Injury team at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers.
Sara has extensive experience representing current and former police officers in pursuing their entitlements, in particular, entitlements under the Police Superannuation Scheme. This includes, but not limited to, applications for medical discharge and gratuity, decline liability decisions, and employment incapacity/pension increase applications. Sara has also acted in matters involving reviews and appeals of decisions of the Commissioner of Police and SAS Trustee Corporation in proceedings before the District Court of NSW and Industrial Relations Commission of NSW. She also has experience assisting police officers with their entitlements under the Workers Compensation Act 1987.
In recent years, Sara has also expanded her practice in other areas of law including assisting individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents in NSW.
