Caz C. Ashjian

A native of Fresno, California, Caz grew up working every summer at his family’s paving and grading company, gaining firsthand experience of the construction industry. From laboring on job sites to assisting with project estimation, Caz gained a strong work ethic and practical knowledge that now helps him understand the needs of clients in the construction industry. Caz attended Bullard High School before earning his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Utah. After completing his undergraduate studies, he worked for several years at software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies in Utah before deciding to pursue a law degree.

Caz attended Michigan State University College of Law and graduated in May of 2023. During his time in law school, Caz concentrated his studies on Labor & Employment law, Construction law, Contract Drafting and Data Privacy law. He interned for Congressman Chris Stewart of Utah’s 2nd District, assisting with legislative research and constituent services. Caz also completed a corporate legal internship at PowerSchool, a publicly traded education technology company, where he worked on complex legal projects involving privacy law and trademark infringement.

Caz works in the litigation and transactional department in the Coleman & Horowitt Fresno office where he represents clients in business, labor & employment, contract & construction matters.
