Nicholas Casseb is an associate attorney with Cornelius & Collins, LLP. His practice focuses on general civil litigation, including insurance defense, premises liability, construction litigation, products liability, and transportation/trucking litigation. He also assists clients with estate planning and probate administration matters. He is admitted to practice before all state courts in both Tennessee and Texas.
A native of San Antonio, Nicholas studied history and geography at the University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 2019 with Phi Beta Kappa honors. He obtained his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2022. While in law school, Nicholas stayed busy as a law clerk at the U.S. Department of the Interior and working with the in-house counsel at a major renewable energy company with regulatory compliance, financing, site development, and liability matters. After graduation, Nicholas practiced law in Texas for a year prior to moving to Nashville and joining Cornelius & Collins.
Outside of his legal practice, Nicholas enjoys trivia, travel, and history.
