Mr. Kaiser is Of Counsel to the firm in Baton Rouge. He graduated from Louisiana State University in 1981 with a BA in History. He graduated from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 1984 where was a member of the Louisiana Law Review and The Order of the Coif.
Mr. Kaiser is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Louisiana and has practiced in various courts in Texas, Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia. His practice is concentrated in the areas of General Insurance Defense, Insurance Coverage Disputes, Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury, Oilfield Injury and Property Damage Claims, Products Liability and Redhibition, Public and Police Liability and Medical Malpractice. He is a frequent speaker at teaching events sponsored by the Baton Rouge Bar Association and the Louisiana Paralegal Association. He has also served on select committees appointed by the Louisiana Board of Certified Shorthand Reporters in service to the court reporting profession in Louisiana.
Mr. Kaiser is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. He has been named a Super Lawyer and included in America’s Best Lawyers.
