Larry E. Mobley is Of Counsel at Degan, Blanchard & Nash.
Mr. Mobley received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Masters degree in Political Science from Appalachian State University in North Carolina, focusing on international and comparative politics. He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law where he was a William L. Crowe Scholar.
Areas of focus include complex commercial litigation, construction defect, property and casualty, professional liability, toxic tort, class actions, insurance defense and insurance coverage. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State and Federal Courts, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fourth, Fifth, Eighth, and Ninth Circuits.
Mr. Mobley is a member of the Lafayette Bar Association, the New Orleans Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA).
