Ashitha’s journey in the legal field began with a childhood dream she passionately pursued until it became a reality. Originally from India, Ashitha embarked on her legal career there, honing her skills and gaining valuable experience in general civil litigation. In 2016, Ashitha obtained her license to practice law in the State of Texas. Her career in insurance defense began with handling medical malpractice claims, professional board investigations, contract disputes, and hospital committee/credentialing investigations. She has served as in-house counsel for an insurance company, where she gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of insurance defense, successfully representing her clients in numerous trials and negotiations. Ashitha has navigated various legal arenas, including premises liability, products liability, construction defect claims, work-site injuries, uninsured/under insured motorist claims, and more. Her approach to insurance defense is rooted in fairness and a belief in leveling the legal playing field.
