David’s practice has focused on the defense of products liability and personal injury cases involving deaths as well as serious injuries from inception of claim through final resolution. His areas of practice include products liability, transportation, premises liability, mass torts and general negligence cases. He has first and second chair trial experience in both Texas state and federal courts. He also has substantial experience in managing complex litigation dockets including having served as co-national counsel for a client in silicosis litigation since 2001.
