Todd is licensed to practice law in Texas and Louisiana. He has over twenty years of litigation experience focusing on defending insurance companies, their insureds, and businesses against first party and third party claims. He has defended his clients against claims for personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage in matters arising out of bad faith claims, coverage disputes, automobile and trucking accidents, construction defects, industrial accidents, premises liability, products liability, maritime matters, and non-medical professional negligence.
In addition to his litigation practice, Todd is often called upon to assist in the investigation and evaluation of damage claims and coverage issues prior to litigation to assist his clients in avoiding legal proceedings.
