Rich is proud to have been a “dirt lawyer” for his entire career—now approaching 40 years (although he can’t believe he’s that old!). He has extensive experience representing clients in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including complex commercial transactions, mortgage and other financing, environmental matters, land use and development, and redevelopment projects.
Rich has developed a reputation as one of the leading commercial leasing attorneys in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and has been involved in negotiating and drafting commercial leases for some of the most well-known commercial developers and ownership entities in the region, including several of the largest lease transactions in New Jersey in recent years.
Rich is also the President of Earp Cohn, and in that role has been involved in dealing with a myriad of law firm management issues and concerns.
