Nicolette Roger is an associate in the firm's Litigation Group.
Nicolette's practice focuses on a wide variety of matters, including general commercial, real estate, environmental, employment litigation and arbitration. She also has extensive experience in business disputes including director and officer liability.
Nicolette also maintains a robust pro bono practice. She has represented asylum-seekers and tenants, as well as migrant farmworkers in Central California in wage and hour disputes. While at Harvard Law School, Nicolette co-chaired the Removal Defense Project where she represented individuals in immigration detention. Nicolette has also represented survivors of domestic violence in housing disputes.
