Arthur is an attorney with over twenty years of professional experience. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Santa Clara in Santa Clara, California. Arthur passed the Engineer in Training exam in the State of California and worked as a civil engineer for the City of Chicago Department of Transportation – Bureau of Bridges and Transit.
Arthur then attended law school at IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois and received his Juris Doctor. After law school, he worked at the Illinois Housing Development Authority for eleven years, where he primarily focused on real estate law, including multi-family residential transactions, litigation and foreclosures and commercial leasing. He also assisted in some probate and estate law, state agency law and corporate structuring work.
Arthur brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to provide a unique approach to real estate and construction litigation and transactions.
