Caitlin Brown received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and minor degrees in both philosophy and law and society from St. Bonaventure University in Western New York in 2015. She then began her journey to the Midwest and graduated from Michigan State University College of Law in 2018. Upon graduation, Caitlin began her legal career in her favorite city, Chicago.
At KWM, Caitlin focuses her litigation practice on commercial transactions, contract disputes, insurance law, and transportation law, including admiralty law and maritime law. She also handles a variety of other matters, including corporate advisory work and real estate.
Prior to KWM, Caitlin worked as an associate attorney at another boutique Chicago law firm for two and a half years and managed that firm during her last year. In her free time, Caitlin volunteers with the Illinois Environmental Council’s Young Professionals Board by advocating for policies that create healthy environments across Illinois.
