Andy Pierce has over 20 years of corporate and technology law experience. Andy provides pragmatic, business-focused counsel to his clients at all stages of their growth cycle. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity/venture capital transactions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, international transactions, and technology and other commercial transactions. He also has experience representing clients on trademark matters. Prior to becoming a partner at Krevolin & Horst, Andy served as General Counsel for BCD Travel, a multi-national corporate travel management and consulting company. Prior to BCD, Andy practiced in the corporate and technology groups at Kilpatrick Townsend, based in Atlanta.
