Claudia B. Pius is an associate in our Trust and Estates practice group. Ms. Pius’s practice includes trust and estates litigation, probate and estate administration and estate and asset protection planning and related real estate transaction matters. Ms. Pius is certified to serve on the New York State Part 36 fiduciary list as a court-appointed guardian ad litem to represent individuals who cannot appear in the Surrogate’s Court to protect their own interests and rights.
Ms. Pius graduated from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she served on the Editorial Board of the Moot Court Honors Board. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Gordon College.
Ms. Pius is admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.
