Edward N. Cain

Mr. Cain is an Associate specializing in the defense of complex commercial, construction, premises liability, and product liability claims. 

Prior to joining Lipe Lyons Mr. Cain worked in the Loyola Community Law Clinic where he represented clients from all over the Chicago metro area in a wide range of matters.

Education

Mr. Cain earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, along with an International Law Certificate. During his time at Loyola, he was an Executive Editor on the Loyola International Law Review. He also was an active member on the prestigious Loyola Willem C. Vis International Moot Arbitration team.
 
Mr. Cain recieved his Bachelor of Arts in Diplomacy and World Affars with a Minor in Spanish Studies in May of 2020 from Occidental College.  

Admissions

Mr. Cain was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2024.  Mr. Cain was admitted to the Northern District of Illinois in 2024.
