Juan M. Garibay

Mr. Garibay is an associate who focuses his practice on the defense of commercial, construction, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, and transportation claims. 

Prior to joining Lipe Lyons, Juan focused on handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including the defense of individuals and businesses in personal injury, trucking, automobile, construction, and premises liability claims.

Education

Mr. Garibay earned Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Law School in 2021.  He was a member of the Latino Law Student Association and Student Bar Association.  He was on the Mock Trial team for 2 years. 
 
He graduated from DePaul University in 2014 with a Bachelor in Science and a Master’s Degree in 2016 in Public Health.
