Aaron’s practice includes a broad range of business transactions, entity organization and governance, estate planning, probate, and intellectual property. He is recognized by Great Plains Super Lawyers in the areas of business and corporate law.
Aaron works proactively with clients by helping to identify and advise on issues that may arise in business and succession planning including: startup, sale and acquisition, next generation preparation, and corporate governance. His varied practice allows him to serve his clients with not only their business needs but also estate planning and real estate transactions that necessarily often arise in relation to those needs. Aaron further advises clients on obtaining trademarks and copyrights as well as maintenance and assignment of those rights as required by the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Copyright Office.
Aaron grew up in Sioux City, Iowa, and joined Lynn, Jackson, Shultz & Lebrun, P.C. in 2012. His personal involvement with various local boards and executive committees helps him better listen to, and advise, clients on corporate and non-profit matters. He lives in Rapid City with his wife, Dawn, and their son enjoying the Black Hills at every opportunity.
