Kraig L. Kronaizl

Kraig L. Kronaizl joined the firm as an associate in April of 2015.

Kraig has always kept his clients best interests in mind. The performance standards he embodies provide his clients with a methodical and hard-working approach. He handles all of his matters with diligence, commitment, and a meticulous nature. Kraig believes that preparation, dedication, communication, and honesty are vital ingredients necessary in order to consistently provide quality legal services.

A 2011 graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Law, Kraig was a successful member of the Trial Advocacy Team. Kraig and his Trial Advocacy Team advanced to the Regional Finals of the Texas Young Lawyer’s Association Trial Advocacy Competition. Participation as a member of the Trial Advocacy Team allowed him to foster his public speaking and analytical skills.

While developing his legal practice upon graduation from law school, Kraig additionally received his MBA in Health Services Administration from the University of South Dakota and married his wife, Morgan.

Since joining Lynn Jackson, Kraig has focused his practice around estate planning, probate and trust administration, and business/corporate work. Kraig has worked on multi-million dollar transactions for the sale and/or purchase of businesses and has completed loan reviews for large banks and federal government loan renewals.

Kraig has a tremendous passion for sports, and follows the Minnesota Vikings, Minnesota Timberwolves, and Minnesota Twins. In his free time, he enjoys golf, baseball, participating in all outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife Morgan and his son Christian.
