Michael F. Nadolski

Mike Nadolski finds his greatest sense of fulfillment in fully understanding the concerns of others and working to solve their problems. Experience has taught him the necessity of listening carefully, planning intelligently, and executing diligently.

After serving as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer, Mike moved to the Sioux Falls area in 1997, and began working at Children’s Home Society. Reflecting upon his Peace Corps experience as a teacher in a former Eastern Bloc country, he determined that he might better serve his community by pursuing a degree in law. Upon graduating from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2001, Mike began working as a prosecutor in the Office of the Lincoln County State’s Attorney. After two years of prosecuting felony and misdemeanor cases, he was selected to be the Chief Civil Deputy for Lincoln County. For the next 16 years, Mike served as attorney and counselor at law for both elected and appointed officials in county government. As a result of that experience, Mike has developed both a broad and deep knowledge in a number of practice areas.

Mike and his wife Cara live in rural Lincoln County on an old farmstead they share with a menagerie of animals managed by their ever vigilant Collie, Shep. In his free time, Mike may be found trail riding with Cara, working on the house, or running his chainsaw. Zoe and Quinn, his two children, inspire him to endeavor daily to make things better. Mike also serves on the Board of Directors for Southeastern Behavioral Health.
