Nicolás focuses on new technologies, intellectual property and telecommunications law, with special expertise in public policies and government relations.
Professional Experience:
Before joining García Magliona in 2014, Nicolás worked with Edwards y Cia., firm, between 2011 and 2012. He also worked as attorney advisor at National Council for Culture and the Arts, Government of Chile between 2012 – 2014.

Nicolás Yuraszeck is author of “Regional insights on consent and the evolution of privacy", published in Data Protection Law & Police - May 2015.
Education:
Nicolás is a graduate of the Universidad de Chile, Law school. He obtained his title in 2010. Nicolás has a Diploma in intellectual property at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and he is currently pursuing a master degree in Technology and Law at Universidad de Chile.
