Dev Modi is Of Counsel with Mandelbaum Barrett where he practices in the area of Securities Arbitration. Dev is a former Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Law. There he was assigned to represent the New Jersey Bureau of Securities where he had previously worked as an Investigator/Regulatory Officer. Dev was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to be the Chair of the New Jersey District XA Ethics Committee (2012-2013). He is currently serving on the Harding Township Committee (2015-2017). He was President of the Harding Township Board of Education and Co-Chair of the Harding Township Historic Preservation Commission. Dev is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Morris County Bar Association and Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association. He has presented on How to Choose A Financial Advisor at The Adult School of the Chathams, Madison & Florham Park and Harding Township Library.
His practice encompasses all areas of Securities Arbitration.
