Joseph Peters has significant experience in litigation, primarily personal injury, products liability, matrimonial and worker’s compensation. He has tried hundreds of matters to conclusion.
He is a graduate of Wagner College (1972) and Penn State University Dickinson School of Law (1976). He is a member of the New Jersey and Federal Bar, as well as the Middlesex County Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers. Joseph has been a member of the Middlesex County District Ethics Committee and the Middlesex County Fee Distribution Committee, and has also been a Middlesex County Personal Injury arbitrator on many cases.
In addition, Joseph has served on the Board of the Rutgers Preparatory School in Somerset, New Jersey.
