Marc Comer is counsel to the firm in the Trusts and Estates and Corporate Practice Groups. He represents numerous individuals and privately held businesses throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties, providing expertise on estate planning and administration, probate litigation, business transactions, real estate, and related matters.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Masters of Business Administration degrees from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law-Camden. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Central New Jersey.
