Robert J. Faugno is a Litigation Associate at Mandelbaum Barrett where he utilizes his extensive commercial litigation experience to represent clients of all sizes in a variety of complex legal matters.
His practice focuses on assisting clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to large corporations and public entities in a variety of litigation matters, including those related to trademark infringement, non-compete agreements, contract disputes, consumer fraud claims, products liability, and business torts. He is skilled in all aspects of litigation, from initial pleadings and client counseling to appeals, and is dedicated to providing top-quality legal representation to his clients.
Robert is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Hudson County Bar Association, and is also involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, which works to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions.
Robert earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a Seton Hall Leadership Fellow, Rodino Society Co-President, and a Student Attorney for the Civil Litigation Clinic. He received his B.S. from Syracuse University in 2015. Following law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Peter F. Bariso, Jr. in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
