Steven J. Sedereas

Steven Sedereas focuses his practice on corporate counseling, real estate transactions, commercial banking and finance, and general transactional matters. 

He is well-versed in the drafting, negotiation and execution of complex business contracts, such as partnership and joint venture agreements, share and asset purchase agreements, service provider contracts and consulting agreements; as well as a wide range of commercial real estate agreements. 

Prior to entering private practice, Steven served as general counsel for a major real estate development and management company headquartered in New Jersey.
