Inbar Cohen

I am an Senior Associate in the Corporate team at Marriott Harrison.

I specialise in corporate law, venture capital, and M&A transactions, across a broad range of sectors, including Cyber, Blockchain, FinTech, Ad-Tech, BioTech, and more.

I have experience representing investors, entrepreneurs, and corporations, from early-stage start-ups to large established and multinational companies, and advising on matters of venture capital investments, private equity financing, debt and venture lending, regulation, as well as ongoing corporate and commercial issues.

Prior to joining Marriott Harrison, I worked several years as a Corporate Associate at a leading Israeli law firm, where I have gained substantial experience in the Israeli start-up & Hi-Tech ecosystem.

I studied Law with a minor in Business Administration at Reichman University in Israel.

I am a dual-qualified lawyer in England & Wales and Israel and fluent in Hebrew.
