James Fleming

I am an Associate in the Corporate team, having joined Marriott Harrison as a trainee in September 2018.

I have experience in a range of corporate matters including M&A, group reorganisations, private equity and venture capital transactions. I work closely with many of the firm’s longstanding clients – from technology start-ups to PLCs – and enjoy using my knowledge of the law to solve problems and help deliver workable commercial solutions.

I am a member of Marriott Harrison’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee, five-a-side football team and I am involved in the firm’s partnership with the Accelerator Academy programme for technology start-ups.

Prior to joining Marriott Harrison, I studied Law at the University of Warwick, where I also spent a year abroad in Budapest as part of the Erasmus Programme.
