As an Associate in the corporate team, I advise clients on a variety of transactional matters, including acquisitions, disposals and private equity and venture capital transactions.

With a particular focus on the technology sector, I often advise on general corporate matters, including corporate governance and group reorganisations. I pride myself on partnering with clients to understand their businesses and empowering them to achieve their goals.

I have excellent experience in cross-border deals and am particularly interested in matters with an international element. I am also a qualified Notary Public, able to assist with certifying documents for use abroad.
