Jasmin Ash-Briggs

I am an Associate in the dispute resolution team at Marriott Harrison.

My experience includes working on a variety of large-scale international commercial disputes relating to breach of contract and civil fraud, including acting for a multinational bank in relation to the Libor fixing scandal. I have also worked on complex contractual disputes for private clients including disputes relating to disclosure, novation, and distribution of assets held in onshore and offshore accounts, and have been involved in cases which have progressed to the Court of Appeal.

I also have experience working on public law and education disputes.

I have successfully advised clients on out-of-court settlements and have experience in mediation.

I am a member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association.
