I am a partner specialising in advising clients on the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights.

I have advised clients in a variety of industries, with expertise in the gaming and technology sectors, as well as publishing, retail, fashion, food and beverage, healthcare and education.

I have over 12 years’ experience advising clients in relation to their intellectual property and commercial requirements. This includes worldwide trademark clearance, filing, prosecution and disputes. My practice also covers copyright and designs advice and enforcement, as well as passing off. I advise on IP licensing, exploitation and commercialisation and dispute resolution. 

I regularly represent clients in contentious registry proceedings including bringing and defending trademark opposition, invalidity and revocation actions and can advise on matters in territories worldwide.
