Lisle Gannon

I am an associate in the corporate team, having completed my training contract with the firm.

I work on transactions across venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets – advising founders, investors, buyers, and sellers alike. My sector focuses are technology, healthcare, and life sciences.

Having gained experience in employment, dispute resolution, banking and finance, and commercial and IP during my training contract, I aim to offer clients practical advice, taking into account both legal and commercial considerations.

I am committed to learning from the exceptional professionals around me and strive to add value to our clients by understanding their business needs and working diligently alongside them to pursue their objectives.

I completed my LLB degree at Durham University, attaining an upper second-class degree before gaining a Distinction in my Legal Practice Course (with LLM) at the University of Law, Moorgate
