Sean Kelly

I am an Associate in the Corporate team, having joined Marriott Harrison in 2022.

I have experience advising on M&A transactions, private equity investments and university spin-offs in a range of sectors, including technology, manufacturing and retail. The transactions I work on often have an international element.

I have acted for clients ranging from entrepreneurs, investment funds, multinational companies and state-owned enterprises. I endeavour to deliver pragmatic and timely advice to help clients navigate the legal and practical issues in a transaction so that they may achieve their commercial and strategic objectives.

Before joining Marriott Harrison, I was an Associate at the London office of a leading international Chinese law firm, where I gained experience advising China-related businesses and individuals in relation to their investments in the UK. I am fluent in Mandarin.
