I am a final-seat trainee currently sitting in the Corporate team where I worked on M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions

Before this, I sat in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team where I worked on various commercial disputes, including contract claims and company disputes. Prior to this, I was in the Real Estate team where I advised on a variety of transactions, including secured lending and acquisitions. My first seat was in the corporate department, where I assisted on a broad range of matters including private equity, venture capital and M&A transactions.

I graduated with an LLB Degree from the University of Nottingham and obtained a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
