Tom Mawson

I am a senior associate in the Corporate team at Marriott Harrison.

My key focus is mergers and acquisitions, and I have experience in cross-border transactions and a range of corporate and finance transactions, including joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, venture capital, financing arrangements, debt and equity listings and corporate restructurings across a range of sectors.

Prior to joining Marriott Harrison, I was previously a senior associate at Avonhurst and Walkers in London, having trained and qualified at Herbert Smith Freehills in Australia.
