Sarah P. Kaboly

Sarah focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and other Delaware courts.   

In law school, Sarah served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Dickinson Law Review and was inducted as a member of the Woolsack Honor Society.  Sarah also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Christopher C. Conner, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  

Following law school, Sarah served as an associate in the Corporate and Commercial litigation group of another prominent Delaware law firm.
