Will practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, asset protection planning, charitable planning and family business planning. He represents both individuals and corporate fiduciaries on all aspects of Delaware trust law.
Will also has a substantial national practice, which focuses on the various Delaware trust law advantages (such as trust modifications, dynasty trusts, asset protection trusts and directed arrangements). He drafts and reviews Delaware trusts for out of state clients and attorneys.
