Christopher Mellino, a widely known and respected personal injury attorney in the Cleveland area, has more than 20 years of experience representing clients injured by medical negligence, products liability and birth and brain injuries. Mr. Mellino was formerly with the firm Kampinski & Mellino where, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, they "set the standard for big medical malpractice payouts in Ohio" - obtaining more than $30 million in judgments in 1997 alone.
Since forming Mellino Law Firm LLC, Mr. Mellino has continued to build on that success. A member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, he has established a formidable network of experts to consult on cases. Christopher Mellino is committed to the highest standard of excellence. His consistent commitment to helping injured people can help you and your family. He has been named as one of the Best Lawyers in America and Best Lawyers in Cleveland. He was recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine and since 1999 has received the prestigious AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating for professional ability and ethical standards a lawyer can achieve.
Christopher Mellino is committed to the idea that a smaller, skillful and well-connected law firm will achieve better results in malpractice cases because the attorney is immersed in the case from the moment the client walks into the office and has full working knowledge of all the details of the case.
