Carlos is the managing partner at North Legal and has more than 25 years of experience in his areas of activity. He specialises in M&A, international commercial contracts and corporate law. He has worked in a wide range of sectors, belonging to different boards of directors, as well as in the incorporation of companies, reorganisations, competition law, regulatory and corporate matters. 

He has also participated in numerous dispute resolutions acting as a lawyer in commercial litigation, as well as in national and international arbitrations in a wide range of diverse business areas and industry sectors, including energy, infrastructure and construction.

He has advised on all types of matters related to joint ventures, corporate agreements, directors’ liability, agency and distribution agreements, unfair competition, trade secrets, insurance and professional liability (particularly in the field of auditing). 

Carlos works both in Spain and internationally.
