Isabel is a partner of North Legal and has more than 20 years of experience in in-house legal advice to companies in the multinational environment and real estate sector. 

She has spent most of her professional career in multinational companies in which she has provided advice in the field of commercial law, corporate law, M&A, international commercial contracts, consumer rights, business law, as well as corporate compliance.

She has also participated in a wide variety of transactions involving the purchase and sale of real estate and real estate companies, leasing of all types of real estate assets (commercial premises, both on the High Street and in shopping centres, hotel establishments or logistics warehouses), negotiation and signing of development and construction contracts, contracts related to real estate development with architects, engineers and other technicians involved in the construction process, both in Spain and abroad, transferring and adapting international formulas to the Spanish market.
