Miloš’s Ivković´s assists foreign investors and host states engaged in arbitration disputes under the rules of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (“ICSID”), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (“UNCITRAL”) or the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”).
He is committed to assisting new generations of legal professionals interested in international dispute resolution. After becoming a part of academia at Washington University School of Law, Mr Ivković has been regularly engaged as a scholar at various Universities around the world. His academic fields of expertise are Public International Law and Comparative Civil Procedure.
